Maayedo retains full creative control, copyright, and authorship over all final published materials.

5. User Submissions

You represent and warrant that your submissions do not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.
 
When you submit story ideas, themes, messages, or other content:
  • Your submission is voluntary
  • It is treated as creative inspiration
  • Submissions are treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary
By submitting content, you agree that:
  • Maayedo may use, adapt, modify, or not use your submission at its sole discretion, and you grant Maayedo a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual and irrevocable right to do so.
  • Any resulting content is the original work of Maayedo.
  • You do not retain ownership, authorship, or rights over the final published content.
  • You are not entitled to compensation.
  • To the extent permitted by law, you waive all “moral rights” in your submissions, allowing Maayedo to edit, adapt, or credit the work as we see fit without further approval.
  • Maayedo shall not be liable for any use of such submissions in accordance with these Terms.
  • You acknowledge that Maayedo may independently create content that may be similar in theme, idea, or concept to any submission without any obligation to you.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:
  • post harmful, abusive, or offensive content
  • submit false or misleading information
  • attempt to disrupt or harm the website
  • violate any applicable laws or regulations

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising in relation to the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction in Rewari, Haryana, India.
